Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond: 12 week program
A free weekly program for women in the last trimester of their pregnancy through to baby turning 8 months old.
Supporting healthy relationships and connections to community and culture.
Details:
This nurturing program aims to build confidence and empower new parents through increasing their knowledge and skills, connecting them to a support network, strengthening their relationships and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.
Locations will vary in consultation with attendees with opportunities to provide weekly health and weight checks for baby and meet local service providers.
The program is a collaboration of Playability, Campbell Page and Katungul AMS.
