Fees and charges

Fees and charges will be explained during the service agreement meeting and will be visible on the statement we send out the week before we invoice or claim payment.

Group sessions

Individual fees for groups (Craft Group; Early Childhood development group; STEAM) depend on the number of children attending and the resources required under the NDIS price guide rules for claiming a Program of Support. Fees and charges will be explained and outlined in a Service Agreement before we start.

Cancellations  

Short notice cancellations will be charged at 100% of the scheduled session time if we have not received two full business days notice before the appointment. There are no limits to the number of cancellations a provider can charge for but if cancellations occur regularly, we will call to understand why and see if there are any changes we can make.  

Non face-to-face delivery  

Providers have been given more clarity about billing for non face-to-face interactions. We can claim for reports and interactions that are part of delivering quality support if we can explain why we are claiming, state the support and explain why it represents the best use of funds in the service agreement and demonstrate how it complies with the price guide. 

Plan Management 

Plan Management Setup: $232.35 (one off cost per plan) 

Plan management monthly processing fee: $104.45 (monthly)
