About the event
Held in the PlayAbility Hub, our Active Games program is designed to build confidence, self esteem, gross motor and fine motor skills, encourage risk taking, build social skills, develop listening skills and concentration.
Through fun and dynamic activities, participants build strength, coordination and endurance, setting the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
